"I feel like my Uncle JJ is shining down on me when I dance"
I was a top ballroom dancer myself when I was younger. I know the stigma that is attached to dancing and it takes more guts and grit to go into dance as a boy than to do a stereotypical sport and I couldn't be prouder that the traditions have followed down from JJ to the twins.
My son JJ received a lot of trouble in school so I was always supportive of JJ's dancing but I wanted to make sure my son could stand up for himself so he also learnt boxing. I find it inspirational that my grandsons still strongly want to be like their uncle JJ a few years after we've sadly lost him.
I'll forever be the proudest father of my son James (JJ) and the proudest grandad to Jaxon and Jacob and support them through their dancing journey.
